Requests are not confirmed bookings
Sending an email or booking request does not create an appointment, service contract, or guarantee of availability. A project is accepted only after MT Installs confirms the scope, price or estimate terms, schedule, travel requirements, and other material details in writing.
Project information and site readiness
Customers are responsible for providing accurate equipment, site, access, delivery, slab, utility, and scheduling information. Unless a written scope says otherwise, customers are also responsible for site access, required permissions, suitable utilities, equipment availability, and a safe, clear work area.
Travel, changes, and delays
Travel work is considered project by project. Travel charges, schedule changes, concealed conditions, incomplete delivery, unsafe conditions, or work outside the agreed scope may change timing or cost. Any material change should be documented before additional work proceeds.
Equipment and third parties
Equipment specifications, manufacturer instructions, freight, utilities, permits, inspections, and third-party services may affect a project. MT Installs is not responsible for third-party content, equipment defects, missing components, or services outside the written scope. Product and workmanship warranties, if any, are only those stated in the applicable written agreement or provided by the manufacturer.
Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law.
No guarantee of uninterrupted access
MT Installs aims to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will remain error-free or current. To the extent permitted by law, use of the website is at your own risk.
